Services

Beauty Concierge provides customized virtual front-desk technology and customer-experience configuration for beauty professionals and beauty businesses. The scope of work is defined by the package purchased and the information approved by the client.

Fees

Setup fees are one-time and due before configuration begins. Monthly service fees support hosting, maintenance, approved workflow support, and continued access to the Beauty Concierge system. Fees are clearly labeled on the packages section of this website.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate services, pricing, policies, booking links, and approvals. Beauty Concierge responds using the content the client approves.

Scope and limitations

Beauty Concierge supports customer communication. It does not replace the professional relationship between a beauty provider and a client, and it does not provide medical advice or diagnoses.

Payments

Payments are handled by an approved payment provider. Card details are never stored by Beauty Concierge.
