We want you to be happy with Beauty Concierge. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to setup fees and monthly fees.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at royalconnectllc@gmail.com and we will help. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Cancelling a monthly plan

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time through paddle.net or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges.
